Who owns PureVanilla?

PureVanilla is operated by nominal.es, a project created by quiquelhappy. You can find out more about ownership and legal information at nominal.es/legal.

Applicability of nominal.es's Legal Terms

The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy from nominal.es also apply on PureVanilla, as it is directly operated under it. Where anything below does not cover a specific situation, or in case of any conflict, nominal.es's own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, available at nominal.es/legal, take precedence.

Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

When you play on PureVanilla or use our website, we may collect: your Minecraft username and UUID, your IP address (used for anti-cheat and moderation purposes), your Discord ID if you link your Discord account, and standard web analytics and server logs (such as connection timestamps).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use this data to operate the server, enforce our rules, prevent cheating and abuse, moderate our community, and communicate with players when necessary.

3. Cookies

Our website uses essential and functional cookies only. For full details, see our Cookie Policy.

4. Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain data for as long as necessary to operate the server and enforce our rules. You may request access to, or deletion of, your personal data by contacting us at [email protected].

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party services such as Discord, Mojang/Minecraft, and our hosting provider to operate PureVanilla. These services have their own privacy policies which also apply to your use of them. In particular, our Discord server is subject to Discord's own Privacy Policy. If you'd rather not accept Discord's Privacy Policy, you can still reach us by email instead, although responses there are usually slower than on Discord.

We also run votes on third-party voting sites (such as server listing sites) to help us grow. These voting sites are external to our website and have their own separate privacy policies, which apply to any data they collect when you vote for us.

6. Contact

Questions about this Privacy Policy can be sent to [email protected].

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting to or playing on PureVanilla, you agree to these Terms of Use, our rules, and Mojang's usage guidelines. If you use our Discord server, you also agree to Discord's Terms of Service.

2. Server Rules & Conduct

You must follow our rules at all times. We reserve the right to warn, mute, kick, or ban any player who violates our rules or these Terms of Use, at our discretion.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases made on PureVanilla are final and non-refundable. We operate a zero-refund policy across all of our stores and payment methods. Any player who opens, files, or is otherwise related to a chargeback or payment dispute against us reserves us the right to ban that player, and any accounts related to them, from the server.

That said, even though our official policy is zero refunds, we're usually happy to help out on a case-by-case basis if something genuinely went wrong with your purchase — just open a ticket on our Discord and we'll see what we can do.

4. No Warranty

PureVanilla is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the server or website, and we are not liable for any loss of in-game items, progress, or data.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of PureVanilla after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
